Job summary

Responsibilities

• Prepare invoices and record accounts receivable from subsidiaries and outside parties.
• Receive payments, prepare deposits and post payments to accounts.
• Reconcile monthly accounts and analyze reconciliations; follow up on outstanding items.
• Prepare monthly general ledger journal entries.
• Assist with 1099s, sales/use tax reports, and capital expenditures.
