Job summary

HOPCo is seeking an experienced accounting/finance leader to evaluate, develop, and improve department controls, systems, and procedures. The role focuses on increasing accuracy and efficiency in the monthly close and consolidation process.

The candidate will manage journal entries, reconciliations, and multi-entity financial statements while ensuring consistent application of US GAAP and accurate reporting for diverse healthcare operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance/accounting is required.
• Minimum of five years of financial management experience with healthcare exp.
• Knowledge of US GAAP and financial reporting processes.
• Strong analytical and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage monthly close, journal entries, reconciliations, and multi-entity statements.
• Oversee treasury activities including banking relationships and cash forecasting.
• Ensure timely billing and revenue recognition for service line contracts and HR contracts.
• Collaborate with HR to ensure payroll accounting accuracy and GL recording.
• Guide staff in applying US GAAP to complex deals and transactions.
