Memorial Healthcare is seeking an Accounting Specialist to support accounts payable and the MMA accounting assistant with daily cash processes across locations. You will help with month-end close, petty cash, unclaimed property, and banking tasks while fostering strong vendor and staff relationships.

The role requires GAAP knowledge, strong Excel skills, and a proactive, detail-oriented approach. Hospital experience is preferred and a collaborative team environment is offered.

Responsabilités

• Assist Accounts Payable with day-to-day cash processes.
• Back up MMA Accounting Assistant with daily deposits and bank tasks.
• Support month-end close and prepare journal entries.
• Manage petty cash and reconcile balances.
