Qualifications

• 1–3 years in coordination/administrative roles; healthcare staffing a plus.
• Sharp eye for detail to catch mismatches early.
• Strong organization under high volume and shifting priorities.
• Clear, professional communication with clients and internal teams.
• Comfort with Salesforce and Excel; VMS portal experience a plus.
• An ownership mindset: you follow through without being asked.

Responsibilities

• Support senior AE by managing confirmations, schedules, timecards, and credentialing.
• Maintain accurate provider schedules in Salesforce with dates and changes.
• Collect timecards and resolve billing questions with clients.
• Track credentialing items and push for completion.
• Enter and update job listings, MSP/VMS requests, and matches.
• Coordinate interviews and send candidate details to clients.
• Ensure follow-up on open questions with recruiters and finance.
• Provide PTO coverage to keep assignments moving.
