This is a relationship-driven, project-based sales role that requires initiative, consultative selling, and persistence through longer sales cycles. You must be comfortable regularly walking into hospitals and other healthcare facilities, meeting customers in person, and working professionally in active healthcare environments. A strong interest in serving the healthcare market is essential.

  • Partner with design, project management, customer service, and marketing to develop proposals, presentations, and coordinated customer solutions.
  • Develop pricing strategies, negotiate manufacturer pricing, and involve Storr management in approvals and large-opportunity strategy as appropriate.
  • Maintain ownership of the customer relationship through project closure, communicate changes, and coordinate timely resolution of concerns.
  • Keep CRM activities, opportunity details, next steps, and forecasts accurate and current.
  • Build healthcare product knowledge, clearly communicate Storr’s capabilities, and participate in relevant trade organizations and networking activities.
Qualifications
  • Approximately 3-5 years of successful business-to-business sales experience, with demonstrated new business development and account growth.
  • A strong passion for healthcare, an understanding of healthcare customer needs, and comfort working in hospitals and other active healthcare settings.

  • B.S. or B.A. degree in a professional field.
  • Proven ability to build relationships, uncover needs, present solutions, negotiate, and follow opportunities through to completion.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and reliable follow-through across multiple accounts and projects.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across internal teams and customer groups.
  • Experience using a CRM and willingness to learn Storr’s sales and project systems; familiarity with Hedberg or ClickUp is helpful.
  • Commercial real estate experience is preferred, but not required.
