Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years in a client services role with evidence of service skills.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook; internet for business use.

Responsibilities

• Resolve 100+ discrepancies daily and ensure accuracy.
• Quality check new case set-up with a 96%+ quality average.
• Manage service team inbox and attach incoming docs to cases/patient folders.
• Support team members to complete daily caseloads and meet deliverables.
• Maintain documentation in client and patient records to support regulatory needs.
• Provide proactive client communication on case concerns or issues.
• Assist ACT team and Caris Labs for rapid issue resolution.
