• 2–4+ years of experience within a healthcare advertising/pharma agency.
• Excellent client services and account management skills.
• Experience working across integrated campaigns and multiple agency disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day management of healthcare advertising accounts.
• Build strong relationships with clients and become a trusted partner.
• Collaborate with creative, strategy, medical, and project management teams.
• Help develop and execute integrated HCP and consumer campaigns.
• Manage timelines, deliverables, meetings and day-to-day client communications.
• Contribute to pitches, presentations and new business opportunities.
