Cooper Norcross Health in Camden, NJ seeks a Manager Access Business Services to oversee daily operations of pre-registration, insurance verification, financial clearance, and scheduling for hospital-based and ambulatory visits.

You will lead efforts to improve patient experience, ensure prior authorizations are obtained, and drive process improvements across the Access cycle to maximize reimbursement and maintain data integrity.

Qualifications

• 5 years progressive experience with hospital and/or physician revenue cycle/access cycle/registration management.
• Strong skills in process improvement and management.
• Excellent written and interpersonal communication are essential.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily operations of Access Business Services for hospital-based and ambulatory visits.
• Improve Point of Service Collections and Denial Management.
• Lead design and implementation of new operating models for appointment scheduling and pre-registration.
