Qualifications

• Minimum requirements include being at least 18 years old for unarmed roles and 21+ for armed positions.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• A background check will be conducted in accordance with laws.
• A drug screen is required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply based on state/local regulations.
• A valid driver’s license is required only for driving positions.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff and contractors while following site procedures.
• Monitor access points, verify IDs, issue visitor credentials and keep access records.
• Respond calmly to incidents and security concerns and notify appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular patrols of entrances, parking areas and perimeters to deter unauthorized activity.
• Direct visitors and contractors and help maintain a secure, professional healthcare environment.
