Myers and Stauffer LC is seeking a Compliance Specialist to support the Network Adequacy team. The role is a full-time hybrid position in the Orlando area with regular local travel and remote work when not in the field.

The specialist will perform onsite and telephonic surveys, evaluate provider directories, and help improve patient access and satisfaction while maintaining detailed records and timely reporting.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Ability to travel up to 60% of time and work one Saturday per month.
• Strong data entry and MS Office skills (Word, Excel).
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Reliable transportation and ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Comfort with confidential information and unbiased feedback.

Responsabilités

• Conduct onsite and telephonic surveys to assess provider access.
• Document responses clearly and thoroughly using survey tools.
• Maintain organized records and adhere to reporting timelines.
• Collaborate with team to suggest improvements for access to care.
• Demonstrate professional conduct in field and remote work settings.
• Travel locally up to 60% and support multiple clients as needed.
