BCPS in Maryland seeks a Health Teacher to plan and provide engaging learning experiences for students, including virtual settings. Under principal direction, you will monitor student outcomes and collaborate with staff and parents.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
Maryland Educator Certificate or eligibility for one.
Experience planning and delivering instruction in varied settings (in-person and virtual).

Responsibilities

Meets and instructs assigned classes at designated locations and times.
Maintains a safe and orderly learning environment, both in-person and virtually.
Plans instructional programs aligned to system goals and student needs.
Prepares lesson plans based on curricula and learning environment.
Communicates standards, achievements, and deficiencies to students and parents.
