You will guide participants through visioning health goals, foster healthy mindsets, and promote sustainable habits as part of a proactive health strategy.

The role emphasizes hands-on instruction, documentation of outcomes, and collaboration with onsite teams to deliver impact and continuous program improvement across client sites.

Qualifications

• Education as listed: health education, nursing, athletic training, exercise science, or nutrition.
• Experience in health coaching or motivational interviewing concepts is preferred.
• CPR Certification is a plus.
• Experience in documenting outcomes and reporting metrics is expected.
