Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a part-time Retail Store Associate in Indiana. You will provide customer service, cashier duties, stocking, and cross-departmental support across photo and beauty, with opportunities for growth in the pharmacy.

The role requires being at least 16, a high school diploma is preferred but not required, 20 hours weekly, and a pay range of $15.00–$18.00 per hour. Benefits are available for part-time staff where eligible.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide differentiated customer service and handle customer inquiries.
• Cashier duties: process cash, checks, and card transactions.
• Restock shelves and maintain pricing accuracy across departments.
• Assist pharmacy personnel when needed and support growth opportunities.
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor and assist with opening/closing duties.
