Job summary

CVS Health in Indiana is seeking a part-time Retail Store Associate to deliver differentiated customer service, assist customers, perform cashier duties, stock shelves, and support store operations. You will work as part of a team in a busy retail environment.

The position offers anticipated 15 hours per week with a Monday–Sunday shift schedule from 2 pm to 10 pm, and weekend rotation every other weekend. Benefits are available based on hours and eligibility.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• At least 16 years of age.
• Physical requirements: standing for long periods, lifting up to 35 lbs occasionally, and viewing a computer screen.

Responsibilities

• Provide differentiated customer service by anticipating needs and resolving issues.
• Greet customers and assist with locating items.
• Perform cashier duties with accuracy and follow policies.
• Restock shelves, update pricing, and support inventory tasks.
• Assist pharmacy personnel when needed and promote CVS services and loyalty programs.
