Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a part-time Retail Store Associate in Massachusetts. You will deliver customer service, assist with checkout, stock shelves, and support multiple departments including photo and beauty as needed.

The role offers a 15-hour weekly schedule and a pay range of $15.00 to $22.00 per hour, with benefits eligibility based on hours worked. Candidates should be at least 16 years old, have a high school diploma or equivalent preferred, and bring prior retail or customer service

Responsibilities

• Provide differentiated customer service and resolve issues.
• Greet customers warmly and assist with locating items.
• Accurately perform cashier duties including handling cash and cards.
• Restock shelves, check in vendors, and manage price information.
• Support opening/closing store activities and departmental operations.
• Assisting pharmacy personnel when needed and growing in-store roles.
