Job summary

CVS Health is hiring part-time Retail Store Associates to deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced community environment. You will work 20 hours per week, greet customers, restock shelves, process transactions and support the pharmacy team as needed.

Applicants should be at least 16 years old. A High School diploma is preferred but not required; prior retail or customer service experience is helpful. The pay range is $15.00-$18.00 per hour, with benefits eligibility for eligible hours.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Previous experience in a retail or customer service setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide differentiated customer service by anticipating needs and resolving issues.
• Greet customers warmly, make eye contact and help locating items.
• Accurately perform cashier duties and process transactions.
• Restock shelves, check in vendors, update pricing and manage inventory as directed.
• Support opening and closing store activities and assist pharmacy personnel as needed.
• Promote CVS services and loyalty programs to support customers' health goals.
