Immigrant and Refugee Community Organization seeks a Health and Wellness Sector Specialist 2 to support data entry, program coordination, and administrative tasks across multiple teams. The role emphasizes confidentiality, trauma-informed service, and community outreach.

The position is hybrid (2 days on-site, 3 days remote) at IRCO Main Office in Portland. A Bachelor’s degree and THW certification are preferred, with strong emphasis on data accuracy and stakeholder collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferably in public health, social work, counseling, and/or human services related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of work experience in a related field and current certification as a Community Health Worker, Peer Support Specialist (PSS), Certified Recovery Mentor (CRM), Birth Doula, or another Traditional Health Worker (THW) is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Maintain data entry in internal databases and funder systems to track program outcomes.
• Prepare reports and documents for programs and meetings.
• Provide on-site logistics support for community events and health fairs.
