Peak Health seeks a Full-time (40 Hours) RN in the Baltimore, MD area – work hours will be 5 days per week, Monday and Friday 8am-5pm.
Travel outside Baltimore, MD is required – some travel time is included in the schedule. Current areas include Baltimore, Annapolis, Bowie, Columbia, Frederick. Only travel to one site per day. While not currently required also looking for someone to do occasional overnight travel.
Successful candidate will be a licensed RN with a multi-state license in the state of Maryland. ESSENTIAL DUTIES
Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time.
1. Registered nurse travels to assigned client employment site to provide health evaluations for the participants, including :
a. Reviewing the individually completed Health History Questionnaire
b. Reviewing and interpreting individual blood lab test results
c. Obtaining individual weight, blood pressure, pulse, body fat or body mass, and fitness level.
d. Establishing individual goals by making recommendations for improving the individual's health risk.
2. May conduct evaluation via teleconference when no site is available.
3. May perform other tasks as assigned by Nurse Manager.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required Qualifications :

1. Valid Registered Nursing License for state(s) in which they meet (call) program participants
2. Valid CPR certification
3. Valid Driver's License
4. Working vehicle and current personal auto insurance
5. Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications
6. Excellent motivational and coaching skills
The annual base salary for this position is $70,000 - $80,000. The starting hourly wage for this position is $33.65 - $38.46. Depending on experience level.
General Description of Available Benefits for Eligible Employees of TIH :
All regular teammates (not temporary or contingent workers) working 20 hours or more per week are eligible for benefits, though eligibility for specific benefits may be determined by the division of TIH Insurance Holdings, LP (TIH) offering the position. Teammates also receive no less than 10 days of vacation (prorated based on date of hire and by full-time or part-time status) during their first year of employment, along with 10 sick days (also prorated), and paid holidays.
