UW Health Swedish American Hospital in Rockford, IL is seeking a compassionate CNA to join our patient-care team. The role follows a 7:00am–3:30pm day shift with 90% FTE and rotates weekends and holidays as needed, supporting daily patient care and ensuring comfort and safety.

• Must be listed as active and eligible in the Illinois Registry for CNA.

Work Schedule:

90% FTE, Day shift 7:00am-3:30pm weekend and holiday rotation. UW Health Swedish American 1401 E State St.

Additional components of compensation may include:
