Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate an efficient customer care unit with prompt, accurate processing of information.
• Perform reception and clerical duties to maintain unit workflow for staff, physicians, customers and families.
• Support Patient Safety goals including privacy and accurate patient identification, and respond to alarms by notifying staff.
