Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Typically 1 year of medical clerical experience in a hospital or physician setting.
• Excellent organizational, human relations and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform receptionist/clerical duties to support department operations and ensure smooth communication.
• Process admissions, bed assignments, and prepare patient records and labels.
• Maintain patient records, coordinate discharges, and schedule procedures as needed.
• Monitor and safeguard equipment and supplies; liaise with internal departments and external contacts.
• Provide customer service in a fast-paced hospital environment.
