UW Health's University Hospital in Madison is seeking a Health Unit Coordinator to manage daily unit operations and support patients and staff. This 0.80 FTE role covers day/evening shifts in a 32-hour week with varied start times and weekend/holiday rotations.
You will answer phones, organize files, manage supplies, and assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges while keeping electronic health records accurate and up to date.
0.80 FTE, 32 hours per week. This is a Day/Evening position. Position has a mix of 8 and 12 hour shifts, 7am-7:30pm, 7am-3:30pm, or 3pm-11:30pm. This position also has a one in every third weekend rotation and a holiday rotation. Hours may vary based on operational needs of department. You will work at University Hospital in Madison, WI.
