Job summary

Essentia Health is seeking a part-time unit support role to streamline workflows and assist with scheduling while handling clerical duties. The position involves patient-facing coordination and observing telemetry when required in the Fosston area.

Compensation includes benefits and a 0.8 FTE schedule with day/evening shifts, weekends, and holidays. Remote/hybrid options may be available according to department needs.

Qualifications

• No educational requirement.
• CPR (BLS) certification within 3 months of hire and maintained thereafter.

Job Description

This position plans, organizes, and implements the non-nursing functions of assigned unit(s) to facilitate workflow, enhance unit productivity, and provide excellent customer service to patients, families, visitors and staff. Position promotes efficient unit function and indirect resident care. Performs clerical and reception duties; requisition supplies, equipment, and services as directed; assist with scheduling; may be assigned to observe telemetry monitor when indicated notifying patient’s caregiver of any changes; and other duties as assigned.

Licensure/Certification Qualifications

• West Market : Fosston location only :current CPR (BLS) certification or must obtain within 3 months of hire, and maintain thereafter.
