The incumbent serves as the Strategic Planning Officer for the Eastern Kansas Health Care System. The incumbent is responsible for leading ongoing strategic planning efforts for EKHCS. The goal of the scope of practice is, through data analysis, to define medium to long term strategic goals relating to expansion or decrease of services to meet health care demands.
