University of Missouri Health Care is seeking a Project Manager II, Health System to lead medium and high-complexity projects across cross-functional teams and provide strategic recommendations to shape objectives. You will present status updates to health system executives weekly.

Based at University Hospital in Columbia, MO, the role is on-site with standard Monday–Friday hours and a base pay range of $78,520 to $127,962 per year, commensurate with experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in project management, business, information technology, computer science, or related area.
• Five (5) years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage planning and implementation of projects for assigned areas, maintain deliverables, timelines, scheduling, risk management, status reporting, and leadership presentations.
• Organize and facilitate project collaboration meetings across functional areas.
• Manage project execution from business plan development through completion.
• Provide solution-oriented mitigations to keep projects on track.
• Make recommendations on project strategy to achieve completion.
• Deliver regular, clear project updates to leadership and stakeholders.
