Qualifications

• Master's degree in management, business administration, or a healthcare-related field.
• Seven (7) years of leadership experience and relevant project management background.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate medium to high-complexity projects and supervise one or more project managers.
• Provide functional leadership across cross-functional teams and present status updates to executive leadership weekly.
• Oversee timelines, risk management, budgeting, and project health throughout the lifecycle.
• Drive collaboration and continuous improvement across departments to ensure on-time delivery.
