Job summary

Qualifications

• Progressively responsible analytical or administrative or clinical management or supervisory experience in a health care setting focusing on EEO, Privacy and Compliance.
• Education in hospital administration or related field with coursework in health care administration.

Responsibilities

• Developing, recommending, and implementing Compliance and Integrity program goals for operational units.
• Creating detailed plans with milestones to ensure proper sequencing of events and tracking costs throughout program life cycles.
• Overseeing the implementation of Compliance and Integrity controls at the local health care system.
• Developing internal controls with risk owners to manage key compliance risks and protect the agency's reputation.
• Maintaining tone at the top for Compliance and Integrity within the health system.
• Communicating regularly with staff on the importance of Compliance and Integrity and drafting guidance on program management and reporting.
