Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in field of practice or higher.
Background in Healthcare Discipline.
Day and Evening Availability.
Ability to lift 50+ pounds.
Background in Healthcare Simulation Based Education (preferred).
3-5 years of recent experience in healthcare facility/industry (preferred).
CHSE/CHSOS/CHSE-A Certification (preferred).

Responsibilities

Facilitate simulation laboratory experiences for students with faculty and align with course objectives.
Prepare, operate, and maintain simulation equipment and audiovisual technology.
Maintain a safe, organized, and professional simulation learning environment.
Ensure equipment, supplies, and learning materials are ready and functioning before activities.
Promote compliance with institutional policies, accreditation standards, and healthcare regulations.
