Wake Forest University School of Medicine's Program in Health Services Research is seeking a Health Services Researcher / Research Data Analyst to join a multidisciplinary team focused on healthcare policy, delivery, and health equity.

You will work with large administrative datasets and apply econometric methods to study outcomes, utilization, and program effectiveness, collaborating across health services research, health economics, medicine, epidemiology, and biostatistics.

Qualifications

• Experience analyzing healthcare datasets with administrative claims or EHR data.
• Proficiency in statistical software (SAS, R, Stata, Python, SQL).
• Strong analytical communication and problem-solving skills.
• Interest in healthcare policy, health equity, and health outcomes research.

Responsabilités

• Analyze large healthcare datasets using advanced quantitative methods.
• Support study design, data management, statistical analysis, and interpretation of findings.
• Conduct research with administrative claims, EHR, and national survey data.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary investigators on funded research projects.
• Contribute to manuscripts, presentations, grant applications, and technical reports.
• Assist with development and implementation of analytic plans.
