Qualifications

• Working knowledge of research function.
• Working skills in statistical analysis, systems programming, database design and data security measures.
• Working skills in analysis and consultation.
• Skills to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner both verbally and in writing.
• Bachelor's degree in related area and one or more years of relevant experiene and / or equivalent experience / training.
• Master's degree in a health care or social scientific field (e.g., MPH, MS, MA).

Responsibilities

• Participate in data collection, analysis, and output (e.g., article) generation of qualitative data.
• Code and analyze qualitative data; manage the Atlas.ti database.
• Engage in mixed methods and quantitative projects around intervention development.
• Identify areas of synergy across projects within the Division of Hospital Medicine.
