Job summary

Mosaicms is seeking a Director of Health Services to lead clinical care delivery in long-term care settings, ensuring regulatory compliance and high-quality outcomes. You will oversee regional clinical teams, drive audits, and implement evidence-based practices to uplift resident care.

The role requires active nursing licensure and 3–5 years of LTC nursing experience, with strong skills in data analysis, policy development, and staff training.

Qualifications

• Active Nurse licensure.
• 3–5 years of clinical nursing experience in long-term care.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements for LTC facilities.
• Experience with clinical data analysis and quality improvement methodologies.
• Ability to develop and implement clinical policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide support and guidance on clinical care delivery, ensuring compliance with regulations and quality standards.
• Conduct regular audits of clinical processes, documentation, and resident outcomes.
• Implement evidence-based practices to improve care quality and resident satisfaction.
• Collaborate with clinical teams to develop personalized care plans for residents.
• Oversee the coordination of healthcare services using clinical quality assurance tools.
• Oversee, manage and direct Regional Clinical team members.
• Develop and deliver training programs for clinical staff on infection control, wound care, medication management, and other relevant topics.
• Stay updated on industry’s best practices and regulatory changes and share relevant information with staff.
• Provide mentorship and support for new clinical staff to ensure they are well-equipped to perform their roles.
• Oversees, manages and directs the training for the Regional Clinical team members through the supervision of the Healthcare Policy & Clinical Training Manager.
