Catherine Hershey Schools for Early Learning seeks a Health Services Manager to lead the coordination of behavioral and physical health services for children and families.

The Health Services Manager is a dedicated professional committed to supporting the mental, behavioral, and physical well-being of children. In this role, the manager will oversee all activities related to the Center's behavioral and physical health policies and services, ensuring that every aspect of care is delivered with the highest standards of quality and safety.This individual will lead the administration and coordination of comprehensive health services, working to understand and respond to the unique needs of families and children. They will guide the health services team and collaborate with external health partners and local providers to ensure families have access to the resources they need. The manager will also facilitate conversations with families to support accessibility and continuity of care.Collaboration is essential in this role. The Health Services Manager will work closely with professionals across other CHS centers and CHS Central Office to maintain consistency in health policies, procedures, and best practices. Strong skills in planning, organization, communication, conflict management, and data analysis are essential. Experience ensuring operational and facility compliance with OCDEL, NAEYC, and other high quality standards is also required. This position reports to the Center Director. The salary range for this position is $70,380 to $92,000 annual, based on experience.
