Qualifications

• Missouri RN license in good standing.
• Minimum five years of nursing experience.
• Experience leading, mentoring, or supervising staff and quality initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and develop RN Case Managers to ensure nursing oversight and regulatory compliance.
• Oversee delegation and supervision of UAPs, LPNs, and Medical Assistants as per Nursing Practices Act.
• Develop, implement, and standardize nursing policies, procedures, and documentation.
• Monitor quality data and lead quality improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with Client Services and other departments to support health, safety, and wellbeing of clients.
• Ensure billing/documentation accuracy and assist with budget considerations.
