Job summary

Trustwell Living at Sinclair Place in Sequim, WA is hiring a Nurse Manager/Health Services Director to lead the clinical team and ensure exceptional care for Assisted Living residents. Relocation within 30 days is required, with relocation assistance provided.

The role includes overseeing medication management, infection control, and personalized care plans, while mentoring staff and coordinating nurse-led services. A RN license (compact encouraged) and leadership experience are essential.

Qualifications

• RN license required; Compact license or ability to obtain encouraged. An unencumbered license is required.
• An LPN with leadership experience may also be considered.
• Proven clinical leadership in an assisted living or LTC environment with at least one year of successful experience as a Wellness Director, Health Care Coordinator (HCC) or Director of Nursing (DON).
• Understand the importance of being state survey ready, every day
• Have a current driver's license

Responsibilities

• Be able to lead the clinical team with a sense of purpose and accountability; utilize metrics and established goals.
• Oversees the medication management services, including training and audit of medication administration practices, collaboration with prescribing healthcare providers and pharmacy staff
• Identifies ongoing needs and services of residents through assessment and service plans utilizing the nursing process
• Visit prospective/current residents in their homes or healthcare settings as needed to assess for admission/readmission to the community.
• Clinical liaison with families, residents, healthcare professionals, and team members
• Direct the infection control measures for the community
• Work collaboratively with others on the community leadership team
• Manage and coordinate the work of the clinical staff. This includes overseeing and/or completing required training, staff schedules monthly and daily work assignments.
• Provide on-call clinical support as needed.
