Job summary

Salina Presbyterian Manor in Salina, KS, seeks a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to deliver routine daily nursing care to residents per their care plans. You will follow clinical directions and contribute to residents’ comfort and safety in a compassionate setting.

Starting at $17.50 per hour with shift and weekend differentials under our Premium Pay Plan, plus benefits and opportunities for education and advancement.

Qualifications

• Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant in accordance with laws of the state.

Responsibilities

• Provide residents with routine daily nursing care according to assessments and plans.
• Support residents and work under the direction of supervisors to ensure quality care.

A Certified Nurse Assistant(CNA) is responsible for providing residents with routine daily nursing care in accordance with the resident's assessment and plan of care, and as may be directed by the department director or supervisor. Reflects the value that the resident comes first. The employee values the Community as the residents’ home and works to create attributes of home and models person centered care.
