Job summary

County of Solano seeks a Health Services Clinic Manager to plan, direct, and supervise daily operations of a primary care/outpatient clinic serving the community.

The role involves budget preparation, monitoring, and pursuing funding sources while ensuring policy compliance and high-quality patient care. A leadership background in health administration and a CA driver license may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in hospital or health care administration, public health administration, or related field; or management field (public/business administration).
• Three years of health clinic experience, with one year in coordinating/supervising function.
• Licensing requirements may include RN, Public Health Nursing, or Occupational Therapy registration; valid California driver license may be required.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and supervise daily operations and staff of a primary care/outpatient clinic.
• Prepare and manage budgets for clinic services and treatments; identify funding sources such as grants and fee-for-service.
• Develop, implement and evaluate policies and procedures related to clinic operations; provide staff support to management.
• Focus on management oversight of clinical operations, continuity of services, compliance with professional standards, contracts and grants, and interdisciplinary care delivery.
• Maintain licensing, certifications, and registrations current as required.
