Job summary

You will oversee scope, budgets, and schedules while applying your knowledge of architectural/engineering systems, codes, and project accounting to forecast revenue and deliver value. This role emphasizes leadership and collaboration across disciplines.

Qualifications

• Architectural or engineering systems design and presentation
• ME and structural building systems knowledge
• Registration with a relevant professional association is an asset
• Experience in strategic development, business development, project management, and client management
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, flexibility, and resourcefulness
• Understanding of project accounting to monitor performance and forecast revenue

Responsibilities

• Negotiate, develop, monitor, and control the scope of deliverables, work plans, schedules, and budgets for all project stages
• Develop a detailed work plan for all architectural and engineering disciplines, allocate hours, monitor progress
• Lead an integrated team of architects and engineers in QA/QC of deliverables, especially drawings and specs
• Maintain understanding of project scope and negotiate solutions when changes occur
• Coordinate with contractor/sub-consultants/building authorities to address constructability issues
• Act as primary liaison with client, contractor, and project team to maintain relationships
