Qualifications

• Graduate degree in counseling, higher education administration, human resources, or related field.
• Prior exposure to career advising, student development, or higher education.
• Experience facilitating workshops or teaching in classroom settings.
• Proficiency in social media, marketing, and/or event coordination.
• Outstanding communication skills, and ability to multitask with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one and drop-in advising for students in health sciences programs.
• Co-teach career exploration and education courses focused on professional preparation.
• Assist in design and execution of professional development programs and events.
• Build partnerships with faculty and staff to promote SPDC resources.
• Participate in professional development opportunities in career services.
