Amazon Web Services (AWS) seeks a Health & Safety (H&S) Product Manager, Technical (PMT) to own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for safety technology products across AWS data centers. Translate complex safety needs into clear requirements, drive development from concept to launch, and partner with engineering, UX, data, and H&S teams to deliver scalable safety solutions that improve outcomes.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of customer-facing product development and product management, including defining, launching, and optimizing product and services experience
• Experience working with engineering and technical teams to build automated solutions
• Knowledge of agile product development and life-cycle management process
• Experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver products and online services on tight deadlines
• Experience coordinating complex products with stringent technical requirements, development cycles and schedules

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the lifecycle of multiple H&S technology products, including roadmap planning, feature prioritization, enhancements, maintenance, and deployment of new tools and capabilities.
• Develop and maintain strong partnerships with internal stakeholders and customers, deeply understanding their business needs and translating them into actionable product requirements.
• Collaborate with AWS Product teams, Engineering, UX, and Solution Architects to drive the development and implementation of H&S operational excellence solutions across data center environments.
• Identify opportunities where H&S products can streamline business operations, improve organizational efficiency, and drive measurable improvements in workplace safety outcomes.
• Demonstrate excellent time-management skills and the ability to work independently while leveraging centralized resources, policies, and procedures to deliver results.
