Job summary

FUJIFILM Holdings America Corporation seeks a Health & Safety Specialist to promote a strong safety culture at the Santa Clara site. You will develop and maintain safety programs, conduct inspections, investigate incidents, and provide guidance and training to employees and leadership.

You will collaborate with site leaders to ensure compliance with OSHA and local requirements, lead safety meetings, and drive continuous improvement in health and safety practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in occupational safety, environmental health, industrial hygiene, or related field.
• 2–5 years of workplace health and safety experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Experience in semiconductor fabrication environment and familiarity with EHS programs.
• Demonstrated experience developing and implementing safety programs.
• Working knowledge of OSHA regulations and workplace safety practices.
• Strong root cause investigation, analytical, and corrective actions development skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain health and safety programs, policies, and procedures.
• Monitor compliance with OSHA and local health and safety requirements.
• Conduct routine safety inspections and hazard assessments.
• Identify unsafe conditions and recommend corrective actions.
• Lead safety committee meetings and support employee engagement.
• Lead or support investigations of injuries and other safety incidents.
• Analyze incident trends and communicate lessons learned to leadership.
• Maintain safety records and prepare reports for management.
• Develop and deliver safety training, including new-hire orientation.
• Assist with regulatory inspections and safety inquiries.
• Coordinate with site leaders and employees on EHS initiatives.
• Implement safety programs including PPE, LOTO, and chemical hygiene.
