With 5+ years in manufacturing safety, OSHA 30-Hour certification, and a Bachelor's in a related field, you will lead inspections, training, incident investigations, and regulatory liaison while promoting continuous improvement and employee well‑being.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in health and safety in manufacturing or light industrial settings.
• OSHA 30-Hour certification required; Bachelor's in related field preferred.
• Experience conducting JHAs, risk assessments, and inspections.
• Proficient with PPE knowledge and safety compliance monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive safety programs.
• Conduct safety inspections and audits across facilities.
• Monitor PPE usage and safety compliance.
• Carry out JHAs and risk assessments with mitigation plans.
• Train employees on health and safety procedures.
• Investigate accidents and incidents; implement corrective actions.
• Maintain records of inspections and compliance activities.
• Coordinate with OSHA and regulatory bodies as needed.
