Job summary

Cencora’s Health & Safety internship offers hands-on experience within our Health & Safety team. You will support data collection, analysis, and reporting while collaborating with distribution centers to implement safety practices and audits.

The program is designed for motivated students pursuing a degree in Health & Safety, with opportunities to develop leadership, communication, and professional skills in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree from an accredited college or university.
• Currently enrolled in a degree program related to Health and Safety Management, Industrial Safety or Occupational Health and Safety.
• Rising sophomore, junior, or senior at the time of the internship preferred.
• Must not require sponsorship to work in the United States now or in the future.
• Less than 2 years of experience in clinical operations support, healthcare administration, patient services, or a related field required.

Responsibilities

• Support ongoing projects, reporting, analysis, or process improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and business partners.
• Participate in team meetings, professional development opportunities, and internship program activities.
• Present project outcomes, recommendations, or key learnings at the conclusion of the internship.
