Position: Health, Safety, and Environmental Manager

Birdon America Inc. is seeking a dynamic Health, Safety, and Environmental Manager to plan and manage the organization’s health, safety, and loss control policies and procedures. Key responsibilities include:

1. Monitoring and evaluating the workplace to ensure compliance with governmental regulatory agencies.
2. Designing and directing safety training programs to reduce accidents, occupational illnesses, and health hazards.
3. Developing safety plans and policies for new employees, including skill training, emergency preparedness, proper job instruction, hazardous material disposal, and protective equipment use.
4. Investigating past accidents, identifying causes, and recommending measures to prevent recurrence.
5. Managing the Hazardous Material Plan for the facility.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in safety management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety and Health or a related field.
