Job summary

Computacenter is seeking a Health & Safety Compliance Associate to support the Health and Safety Compliance Manager in developing and communicating policies, training staff, and monitoring adherence across multiple sites. The role is based at Livermore integration center and supports all five integration centers and offices.

The candidate will assist with risk assessments, incident investigations, and continuous improvement initiatives while collaborating with HR and leaders to ensure training

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• At least 1 year of recent experience in health and safety.
• Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and MS Teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with developing and implementing health and safety programs.
• Refine and improve existing health and safety policies.
• Assist in risk assessments and remediation proposals.
• Track remediation of hazards and ensure completion with management.
• Develop health and safety trainings and coordinate training schedules.
• Coordinate with HR and managers to track training, hazard assessments and inspections.
