Job summary

Computacenter is seeking a Health & Safety Compliance professional to support the compliance team in developing and implementing health and safety policies and programs. The position is based at the Livermore integration center and warehouse, supporting five integration centers and office locations across the US.

You will assist with risk assessments, training coordination, incident monitoring, and ensuring adherence to safety standards while collaborating with HR and site leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• At least 1 year of recent experience in health and safety-related position.
• Good knowledge and experience of MS Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and MS Teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with developing and implementing health and safety programs.
• Refine and improve existing health and safety policies.
• Assist in conducting or reviewing risk assessments and remediation measures.
• Track remediation of hazards and follow up with management.
• Develop health and safety trainings and coordinate training schedules.
• Coordinate with HR and managers to track trainings, hazard assessments and inspections.
• Maintain health and safety records and assist audits.
