Job summary

ENTACT is seeking a Health & Safety Administrator to oversee compliance programs across our Westmont, IL operations. The role requires coordinating drug screening, background checks, MVR monitoring, training, and reporting to ensure OSHA/Hazwoper standards and client requirements are met.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and written communication skills, experience with ISNetworld and Excel, and the ability to prioritize multiple initiatives with limited supervision.

Qualifications

• 5 years of professional experience in workplace safety or related field.
• Experience administering OSHA/HAZWOPER compliance and interpreting regulatory obligations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to advise stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee client substance abuse prevention and contractor compliance programs.
• Manage background checks and drug-screening programs; resolve exceptions.
• Oversee MVR monitoring and safety training registration across the organization.
• Track compliance data, generate reports, and identify risks and corrective actions.
• Provide cross-functional support for HSA administration programs including ISNetworld.
