Timpte Inc., located in David City, NE, seeks a Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) Manager to lead safety initiatives at its manufacturing facility. You will develop and implement safety programs, engage leaders and shop floor personnel, and drive performance improvements across all locations.

The role focuses on building a proactive safety culture, supervising investigations, maintaining compliance with safety regulations, and ensuring effective communication of policies and procedures.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's Degree in related field; 5–7 years of Safety Leadership.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, etc.).
• Working knowledge in HSE Management Systems, Incident command, Incident Investigation.
• Willingness to travel to Timpte facilities periodically.
• Insurable driving record and valid driver’s license.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.

Do you have leadership experience with a strong background in Safety? Timpte is looking for a Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) Manager to join our growing team in our David City, NEmanufacturing facility! This person will be responsible for developing and implementing organizational safety programs at all Timpte locations by engaging the Leadership team and the Shop floor personnel to improve our overall safety performance.

Job Responsibilities:

• Champion a positive and proactive safety culture alongside the Leadership team
• Lead and engage all employee in identifying risk, defining their safety responsibilities, and leading the investigation of each incident by identifying the causes and recommend/complete preventive action against reoccurrence.
• Maintain company and regulatory policies and procedures dealing with safety/compliance and verify they have been documented, implemented, and communicated.
• Conduct/direct internal investigations, periodic reviews and audits of safety issues to ensure they comply with Safety rules and regulations.

Desired Skills, Knowledge, and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in related field and 5-7 years of Safety Leadership.
