Position Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable HSE Supervisorto lead our Health, Safety, and Environmental initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing and maintaining safety programs, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and fostering a strong safety culture across our operations and manufacturing facility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and training programs
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and local environmental and safety regulations
• Conduct safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments across the facility
• ·Identify unsafe area and unsafe actions continuously to prevent occurrence of future incidences
• Lead incident investigations and implement corrective actions
• Promote a proactive safety culture through regular employee engagement and training
• Maintain records of safety-related incidents, inspections, and permits
• Collaborate with operations, HR, and leadership to ensure safe work practices
• Monitor environmental compliance related to waste disposal, air emissions, and hazardous materials handling
• Report on HSE performance metrics and drive continuous improvement

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 3–6 years of experience in an HSE role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment
• In-depth knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and other HSE regulations and standards
• Strong communication and training facilitation skills
• Certification such as OSHA 30, CHST, or CSP is a plus
• Ability to lead change and influence behavior at all organizational levels
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and EHS management systems
