Job summary

SGS seeks a Coordinator, Health & Safety in the United States to provide administrative support for the North America HSE management system, incident data reporting, and program administration. You will manage data in Crystal, maintain client and third-party platforms, and assist with trainings and communications across US and Canada.

Responsibilities include preparing reports, supporting inspections, and coordinating with various business lines to ensure compliance and timely data submission.

Qualifications

• High School/GED required.
• 0-3 years of experience in an administrative role.

Responsibilities

• Collect incident data from Crystal and generate monthly statistics reports (by location, line of business, country in NAM and operating groups).
• Provide information and documentation to SGS branches, clients and Pre‑Qualification websites.
• Act as regional Crystal System Administrator for Crystal OI reporting system, including user access and location currency.
• Design and validate reports in Crystal for NAM KPI production.
• Maintain NAM branches and contacts list.
• Assist in delivery and monitoring of HSE programs across NAM.
• Prepare and format HSE presentations, newsletters and communications.
• Provide day-to-day administrative support for US OI Business Partners (filing, invoices, expenses, meeting arrangements).
• Attend OSHA/MSHA trainings and assist with EPA/OSHA/MSHA inspections.
