Qualifications

• Maintains health records with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Retrieves medical charts for healthcare staff as requested.
• Ensures charts are signed by Physician and complete.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and organize health records system for diagnoses, treatments, admissions, and discharges.
• Retrieve charts for staff and clinics on demand.
• Counter-sign charts with physicians and verify completeness.
• Process information releases under supervision.
• Answer calls, type letters and reports, and manage appointments for on-site and off-site visits.
• Order and track office supplies and supporting materials.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
